    You can also raise a ticket which will send an email to our support staff and give you a ticket number allowing your problem to be solved quickly and easily. This can be used for all manner of problems whether critical or non-crticial. We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours and deal with critical enquiries within 2 hours.
