Details

Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 provides rich email and group collaboration features to businesses across the globe, and more businesses use Exchange for email collaboration than any other product.

Centralised data storage means Exchange users can share contact lists, calendars and public email folders with their co-workers easily and quickly, and can access their email from anywhere they can get an internet connection, on their laptop, Windows Mobile PDA or using Outlook Web Access webmail, giving them access to both new and archived email, calendar information and their contacts.

Microsoft's solution for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration enables small businesses that would otherwise be unable to afford such an Exchange deployment to use a remote Exchange server managed by experienced Exchange administrators as though it were in their own office.

All data is centrally backed up, and deleted items retention normally allows the recovery of deleted items for up to 30 days, and antivirus scanning on the servers means viruses should never reach users' inboxes.

As standard we supply mailboxes with 1GB of usable space, with more available for upgrade at any time for a small extra outlay. Pricing is done on a monthly basis per mailbox, with no minimum commitment, enabling customers with just one user to lever the full power of Exchange as though it were their own server for just a small monthly outlay with no set-up cost. We can guide you through the whole process of getting started and moving your existing email and contacts to the hosted solution and all customers get free phone and email support. On-site set-up and support is also available for a reasonable hourly charge.
